A ceremony walk-thru during the rehearsal.
My team (up to 2 assistants and me) on the day of your wedding.

Full Planning

(starting at $4,000)

You get everything above, plus...

Biweekly email check-ins, monthly phone calls. And six weeks before your event, weekly check-ins.
Research and visit up to 5 different venues. Talk with the venue staff. Book the venue of your dreams.
Research and visit up to 5 different vendors per category. Can't forget catering, bakeries, florists, hair & makeup artists, etc. Help book the best creative team for your wedding.
Send and collect your wedding invitations and RSVPs.
Book room blocks for your out-of-town guests.
Transportation booking (limo / party bus / transportation for guests).

Wedding Management

(starting at $2,000)

The common misnomer of "day of" coordination, you want help and be able to do most of the planning yourself. You have a few vendors, but it's starting to get overwhelming. And on the day of your wedding, you would rather enjoy your day than run around making sure everything's in order.

After our initial consultation, a 30-minute phone call every other week to ask all the questions you need.
Six weeks before your wedding, weekly check-ins with you. Have you checked everything off the list?
